POLICIES

Rates subject to availability and may change without notice. Deposit and written confirmation guarantees your dates and rates. Rates quoted are based on a maximum of two adults per suite, or four persons in our 2-bedroom, 2-level suites.

Deposit
We require reservations to be secured by a deposit in the amount of $100 per room plus 6.5% tax and 3% lodging tax. All deposits must be received at the time of reservation. Reservations under 21 days prior to your arrival will be charged in full.

Payment
Reservations become due in full on the 21st day prior to your arrival. Your account will be charged at this time. Important - You must call us prior to the 21st day if you wish to use another account or to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation
Reservations not secured by a deposit will be voided within 24 hours. If you cancel your reservation that has been secured by a deposit, we will refund your deposit less a $100 per room administration fee, as long as we have been given notice of not less than 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations occurring less than 21 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged for the full amount including 6.5% tax and 3% lodging tax. You may send someone else in your place. If we are able to book the suite, you will only be responsible for $100+tax per room as an administration fee. We are a small establishment and cancellations greatly affect our business.

Parking
One parking space is offered to each room reserved. We absolutely cannot accommodate trailers or buses of any kind and they are expressly prohibited. You may forfeit your paid reservation. Please make any necessary arrangements prior to your arrival.

Early check-out
Early check-out will result in forfeiture of the remaining balance due on your reservation.

Check in and Check out
Check in time is 2:00 pm. Should you arrive early, we will try to accommodate you as soon as possible. Our check-out time is 12:00 PM daily, and we need to enforce this rule in every case. There is a late check-out fee of no less than $100.00 up to 100% of the reserved daily rate.

Late arrival
Should you plan to arrive after 4:00 PM, please call ahead and make arrangements with our staff 24 hours in advance or as soon as you are aware.

The Inn at Terrace Point is designed and operated for couples and individuals seeking romance, retreat or relaxation. In support of this atmosphere, parents are asked not to bring their children.

We ask that you do not bring animals with you during your stay at the Inn. Animals or pets of any kind are expressly prohibited and you will forfeit your deposit and be responsible for the full balance, including 6.5% tax and 3% lodging tax.
